Free rice from China is not an organic product.

The Chinese government has decided to provide one million metric tons of rice to Sri Lanka free of charge.

The rice imported from China is not produced using organic fertilizer, says Cabinet Spokesman Dullas Alahapperuma.

He has stated this when inquired by the media regarding this rice.
